National Day trip 22 - 23 Feb 2009

The crew: Dan, Fadhil, Farhan, Mawi, Razid & Zazu. Time of Angling: 11pm - 1pm (13 hours). Weather: varies. Water temperature: moderate. Water current: quite strong at night Location: Sangkar sorry for the late update guys, been busy lately. so let's get down to business straightaway and here's the result of the trip:

as usual, another frustrating trip, we only end up doing 'community service' (cleaning out the mascots). im not gonna go through any analysis of the results because obviously, in majority, we lost most of our baits to the catfish. we can't be so unlucky every time, maybe there's something missing or not right in our angling methods. maybe we should be trying something new, spice things up a little bit, c'mon, we've been fishing there like more than a dozen times and yet, we've been successful only a few times (just try to remember when was the last time we hated each other for catching a good fish haha). im gonna list out some of the things we should try soon:

• use prawn baits bigger than size 10's.
• buy canned cat food - poke some holes, tie it up and let it sink. (experiment)
